Program Manager

The Aurora Cultural Arts District is hiring a part time Program Manager. The Program Manager position will manage the districts new ACADIA program piloted in 2017. This program focuses on mentoring artists and makers from the Aurora immigrant and refugee communities. This position will work with these artists to help grow their creative businesses in Aurora and the Denver metro area. The Program Manager will also assist the ACAD Board of Directors in helping producing the district’s events, including the Colorado Immigrant Festival (IMMI-FEST) and the Aurora Cinco De Mayo Festival. This administrative position will additionally manage grant reporting and management. 

This is a contract part time position. Skills in program management are desired as well as experience with administrative software including Microsoft Word and Excel. Skills in grant reporting, non-profit management, bilingual and working with immigrant and refugee communities is a plus. This is a 12-15 hour per week position. This is a contract position paying $20 per hour with approximately 15 hours per week.

Building Manager

The Aurora Cultural Arts District is hiring a part time Building Manger to oversee building operations at ACAD Studios and Galleries located at 1400 Dallas Street in Aurora, Colorado. This position will focus on tenant management, building maintenance, improvements and upkeep. ACAD Studios and Galleries is an active building with over 15,000 people per year utilizing the studios, galleries and classroom spaces. The Building Manager will also schedule events, rehearsals and exhibitions that take place at 1400 Dallas.

This is a contract part time position. Skills in building and tenant management are desired as well as experience with google calendar and other administrative software including Microsoft Word and Excel. This is a 5-7 hour per week position. This is a contract position paying $500 Per Month.
